Publisher cheating in publishing my book

I entered book publishing agreement with I. K. Publishing Ltd in March, 2017. Send all contents and details in July, 2017. Also will send details immediately whenever they ask. After that 2 years no information from them. No reply whenever I contacted them through email, won't pick up calls. After 2 yrs, received book pdf copy. In Dec 2019, I have send corrections on final book pdf copy. After that same, no reply and responses from them. Again in Dec 2020, received msg that Book is scheduled in Jan 2021, again no proper response. Almost 4 yrs gone, cheating to publish my book. What can I do?
