Regarding challenging partition deed

Can women challenge registered partition deed which have been made on the base of oral family settlement deed between her uncles and her brothers 10 years ago.

Any legal heir can challenge the deed, but their claim is unlikely to succeed unless they can prove that there was misrepresentation or fraud with respect to the original partition deed.

If she is a legal heir, a challenge can be made. However, the partition deed will have the force of law, and as such, she is unlikely to succeed.
