Hi Sir/Madam, I am separated from my wife since 2.9 years and we got married as per Hindu tradition in bangalore. My wife wants to stay in USA and she dumped me. She is ready to give mutual divorce through video conferencing but not ready to come to India. Is it possible for me to get my divorce done using video conferencing. If so, please let me know and how long it will take ?
