My neighbour is placed big shoe stand opposite to my flat entrance, even in other direction their is a lot of place . I requested him to place the shoe stand at another place where lot of space is available but he is ignoring it . Due to this bad smell is coming near to my entrance and even inside flat due to which our family health can spoil.
Please help me by guiding what steps I have to take?
