My ancestors land in Andhra Pradesh small village, my father was expired, we changed that land papers to my elder sister name, now she also expired last 6 months back, now I want to change that land property with my name how plz suggest

Obtain a certified copy of the death certificate. It is a requirement in several states.
Draft a new deed that names you as the property owner. The new deed should include your name and address, the name and address of the decedent, the address or location of the property, the parcel number, if any, and a description of the property.

A.Hi,
The surviving owner or heir obtains the title to the home, the former owner's death certificate, a notarized affidavit of death, and a preliminary change of ownership report form. When all these are gathered, the transfer gets recorded, the fees are paid, and the county issues a new title deed.
