Hi , I am Manjulata Sahoo 58 yrs of age . My husband was a Ex-employee in SAIL .After he retired he used to drink alcohol
and creating violence on me . He spent money on drinking with his friend and nephew .He didn't give me money f
.Due to lack of money i am unable to treatment for my any kind of health issue even didn't buy a cloth for me .
After drinking or spent money with other drinker abused me like a slave .People don't want to help me or protect me
from his cruelty act . After beating me he denied to committed his wrongful activities .
As i am housewife i want to protect properties and saving deposited which 25 percentage already spent and these properties
are under his name only .
He didn't register single property in my name .
He wasted most of percentage of properties without any notice of me .
He sold properties also withdraw amount without informing me .
Please suggest me to save this properties from him .
Also what step should i take to save me and save my properties from . Please suggest me

A.You can file a case against DV Act and Maintenance under Criminal Procedure Code.

A.You can file maintenance case under DV Act, Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act and Unde CrPC.
And If he so agressive you can go for 498A petition.

A.Hi,
A case for divorce may be filed stating cruelty as the ground for divorce under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
Moreover, you may also file a case for maintenance.

A.Hi,
You may file a case for maintenance and you may also file a case for divorce stating mental cruelty as a ground for divorce.
