Chain of property documents..
1.1968 full part register paper..
2.decree of half part in name a .in 1993.with court order.
3.gpa from a to person b in 2019..
4..2020 person b sold property to
c..sale deed is present bw them.
5..c is saling property to xyz..
Now all documents available but orginal gpa missing from party ..can xyz proceed with certified copy of gpa..or its risk to buy..

A.Hi,
It is a bit of a risk, but the property's ownership history can be determined by looking into the encumbrance certificate. If it is all in order, XYZ can proceed with the sale.

A.Hi,
You will have to contact the GPA holder and then request them to apply for a replicate of the same. If not, the original owners may later file a claim over the property citing fraud.
