ANCESTRAL PROPERTY (HOUSE, SHOP, AGRICULTURAL LAND) ANCESTRAL PROPERTY (HOUSE, SHOP, AGRICULTURAL LAND)

Hello
My late grand parents had 5 sons & 1 daughter. I am son of elder son of my grand parents. We have 3 brothers & 2 sisters. All of us are married. Me & my elder brother are residing in Pune & my younger brother is residing in Solapur (in ancestral property). Sister are residing with their husband. My parents also no more. Now my uncles are not ready to distribute our part in ancestral property. First of all I would like to know that, I have any right in the same, and if yes, then suggest me how can I get it & what is the procedure to get it by legal way.

A.Hi,
A suit for partition of the property may be filed, if the property is ancestral property.

A.Dear Client
Issue a legal notice to your uncles
And then file a petition for partition of your grand parents property
You have every right to claim your share in that property
