the dispute is for Sept 2018 bill of SBI credit card for which we have sent at least 50 to 100 reminders to their Nodal officer for which not a single reply has come.
One day one telecaller may be supervisor ranged and promised that they will reverse the charges in the next billing cycle and asked us to pay, which we have paid and our cheque got cleared in Citi bank the next day but credited in their account after few days. Also, the above reversal did not happen and we got a mail saying that our cheque got bounced.
So with so many mistakes on their side apart from Harassment by telecallers.
So I want to file a case against them
A.You can file consumer complaint in consumer commission and you can also file complaint with police.

A.Hi,
They have a right to recover the money you owe them. You can, however, file a suit for breach of contract against them.
