Forced resignation

I was verbally asked to leave by my manager and head HR. No written warning or cause or a chance to defend myself was given to me. The manager on call rejected my plea to investigate the matter. This happened during pandemic where there is an industry wide freeze and it’s not likely that I will get a job. When I escalated to the senior most person they are being a mouth piece for the organisation and to pacify me they’ve said they will look for an opening in other branches. It’s been 3 months since I’ve been unemployed because of unfair dismissal.

A.Hi,
What recourse you have will depend on the terms of your employment contract.
If you have any grievances, you can approach the Company Law Tribunal with them.
