My father somehow created UPI/internet banking of my grandfather account and took all money from his(grandfather) account approx 3lac Indian rupees. I have full record of his transaction . He is also alcoholic . Please advise or help me what legal action I can do . I am living in India

A.Hi,
Complain to the police for cheating and fraud under Sections 415 and 420 IPC. The Court can then order your father to repay your grandfather.

A.Hi,
You can file a complaint against him for fraud and cheating under Sections 415 and 420 IPC. The police will apprehend him and the Court will order that he repay the amount he misappropriated
