Iam housewife and I have a kid. My husband don't give me a single penny, what I'm supposed to do? What should I do to fight against this injustice. Is it considered as a domestic violence . Please help me and show me the right path.

A.Hi,
Yes, this is domestic abuse.
You can file for interim maintenance under S.125 CrPC, the Court will then order him to pay a portion of his income for you to support yourself.

A.Hi,
You have a right to receive maintenance from him, this can be considered domestic abuse. You can make an application for interim maintenance under S.125 CrPC and the Court will pass an order granting you the same.
