I was sent on Leave Without Pay since May.In January 2021 my manager called forcefully asking me to resign and thretening of termination in case I didnt resign.Now HR of the company has sent the mail mentioning discontinuing of job(effective within 2 days of that mail).I kept waiting since may to be called back and now the company is asking to exit at the basic salary of 1 month,as mentioned in appointment letter,whereas due to their LWP letter assuarances,I have lost my 9 months salary.Kindly help

A.Hi,
You can recover your money by filing a civil money recovery suit. You can also approach the Labour Court with your grievances.

A.Hi,
You can file a civil suit for money recovery to reclaim your dues. Damages can also be claimed for breach of employment contract.
