What is the meaning of the given sentence

"Property under possession of bank trespassers will be prosecuted by authorised officer."
Please tell what is meaning and what we should do when we get this.

A.Hi,
The bank is assuming ownership of the property; this normally happens when the landowner defaults on some loan in which the property was used as security.
Persons who remain on the property will be forcefully removed.

A.It means that property is under possession of bank and if any third person interfere or try to enter or encroach any portion of property then such person shall be prosecuted by bank through its authorised officer.
