MTP cover under Medical Insurance

I am Severe Aortic Stenosis Patient, Got Pregnant in March20 but as per Doctor , i could not continue so she has done MTP and then my claim has approved by Insurance company as Doctor has mentioned on discharge summary for MTP in Order to Prevent injury to physical Health of Patient but in Dec'20 again same case was happened but this time doctor has mentioned on discharge summary that "(Due to Failure of contraception) With Severe Aortic Stenosis with hypothyroidism for MTP done but this time insurance company is deliberately ignoring my claim and not approving so what should i do?

Hi,
You will have to take this issue up with the company. Alternatively, you can file a suit in Consumer Court.

You will have to take it up with the insurance company's management. If they are unresponsive, you can file a claim for deficiency of service in Consumer Court.
