Mortgage of Property for chit fund

I was a subscribe to a chit fund, got the draw and gave my land as mortgage for the draw amount. Now the chit company has gone bankrupt and the foreman are in jail. Wanted to know whether the mortgage would be removed automatically after the Chit fund period expires or i have to take legal course to get it removed.

You can file a money recovery suit in civil Court.

You can file a petition to have the property restored to you by approaching civil Court. You can also file a suit for money recovery.
