Employer not giving my performance bonus

I was employee of hcl during 30 sept 2019 to 15 oct 2020 then i put my resignation. My rating was good but as i putted paper my performance cycle is not closed by HR team. For my all collegue performance cycle has been close and get bonus. I writted HR and team to close my performance cycle to get bonus but they told bonus will be pay on full and final settlement as per the closed rating. Now they closed my rating with 0% performance.My rating was good and i have screen shot and video for that. As per the company policy, employee should be part of company till 2 month after 1 year and i was part of hcl till 3.5 month after one year.what leagal action i can take
You can file a civil suit for money recovery. In addition, they can be sued for breach of contract and punished for fraud.

Sue them for breach of contract and provide proof of your ratings. They can also be prosecuted for fraud. You can get your dues by filing a civil money recovery suit.
