, I took a loan of 2.5 lakhs from my colleague for some medical and self support . She gave me money by applying for a loan in the AXIS bank of 1.5 lakhs and the rest of the source is unknown to me.
However, she is threatening me all the time that she will commit suicide if I don't give all the money at a time by mentioning my name .
I requested her saying that I wish to pay as my condition is very bad now. she is refusing that .hat's why I asked her to send me the loan account number to clear her loan where she is refusing that.
I also tried asking her contact number and Address but she refused me to share the details.
Last month when she threatened me in the same way I deposited around 30 k . She is making me worry regarding this .
However we dont have any documents or bond on the same I owed through online
Kindly let me know what I should do in such a case and what is the further course of action .

Please contact the axis bank branch and make sure that a loan exist in the name of your collegue. When abusers threaten suicide or self-harm, they are causing the fear to rise within us so that we don’t leave. In this way, threats of suicide are being used as a method of control.
