I'm a Software Engineer working in USA. Lend1.5k money on a good will to my friend through western union in the month of AUGUST 2020 for a medical emergency of his premature baby. He promised me to return the amount by end of September 2020 but it didn't happended its been 6 months since i sent him money. He keep on doing false promises and extending the timelines. I warned him about my idea of legal proceeding, but he didn't cared about my warning. So,I need advise on how to proceed legally
