Tax refund determined but not received Tax refund determined but not received

Hi, I should get income tax refund for last year. But CPC is not transferring me the money for more than a month. I have made complaints by calling them and through e-nirvan but nothing helps. When I call them they say they have the money but in NSDL website it shows 'no record found'. What can I do next? Also if they don't pay me the refund, is there a way to offset it in next year's tax?

A.Hi,
This can be resolved by the tax authorities, you will need to try and contact them.
