Freelancing works been Fraudulent targets (The Resume Search)
I had worked as a freelancer in a project from a company, The Resume Search. The project was for 7 days with that needs 20+ hours of working hours to complete the work. After the completion of the work they generated a quality report and framed my work to be less than 90% of accuracy (the report for which no review is conducted). Less than 90% error means the freelancer should be paying 6500INR to the company. But the report can be proven to be frauded. I have called and talked them that the reports are no logical so that I will have more than 90% of accuracy. But the HR and the QA's are not ready to revise there error report. I have more than 6 years of experience in this field and I know the work flow. But this is against normal workflow. Errors should be reviewed with the Freelancer before finalizing. And then the reports can be easily proven that they are illogical and fraud. When I talked with the HR of the concern, I was demanded to pay the fine amount of 6500INR or else I will face the legal issues because of the agreement. I need to prove the fraud and claim my rightful earning. What should I do?
