Dear Sir, I have purchased two years Annual Maintenance Contract by paying Rs 9000/- cash for RO Machine to Eureka Forbes in Nov 2019 for which receipt in company logo was given. Now company is not honoring the contract. On enquiry, it came to our knowledge that their employee who collected money for AMC has not deposited into company account and he is no more with company now (he was fired from Eureka forbes as per service centre on various complains) . I have written email upto CEO, howver they are not providing any service, just closing the complaint without attending the problem (bad water quality which needs filters replacement). What legal remedial measure I have to recover my money?
