Police pressurizing to quash FIR Police pressurizing to quash FIR

Last week i had my divorce Motion 1 and now Police is pressurizing me to quash the 498a FIR against the husband (asking me to submit the affidavit to take back my complaint). However, as per the motion 1 and joint MOU (submitted in court) agreed between me and my husband is to quash FIR after he gives me payment after 3 months. But police claims that they cant wait for 3 months and it has to be quashed right away. What can i do? i want to safeguard my interest and dont want to end up in a situation where the FIR is quashed and i dont have any payment from my husband.

A.Once you lodge complaint, police have to take action they can't wait for 3 months and If he does so the will responsible to for that delay. Suppose the settlement not taken palace you will approach their supervisor officer to take action immediately at that moment they will trouble.
498A isn't settlement tool but it's preventing and protecting women from harassment and son.. don't miss use.

A.Hi,
Do no quash the complaint if it is true.
You can claim interim maintenance from your husband while the divorce negotiations are ongoing, under Section 125 of the CrPC.
