Hello...I'm a doctor and an employee of a reputed tertiary care multisuperspeciality hospital here in Pune. I am concerned about my employer asking me to share my personal whatsapp contact for official purpose. I don't consent it and find it encroachment in my personal life. Is it mandatory to share personal whatsapp with the employer for official use? Is it legal?
