Terminated from company
I was working in an IT firm since october 2019. Company had promised salary revise in April 2020 but due to covid they started deduction is salary rather than increment. Due to this financial crisis i took another job parallelly in August and worked for around 45 days and then left. My company came to know about this 2 days ago and terminated me for 'Breach of Integrity'. In the offer letter they had mentioned that i can not work in other company during the employment. They told me not to discuss this with client with which i was working and quit quietly as this would have impact on their reputation. There are 12 people terminated from company for same reason in 2 weeks. They may plan for legal action. What will be consequences and is there any way i can compromise with my company? Will there will be jail term or police involvement? Would company send legal notice through their legal team?

Your terminations seems to be justifies as your offer letter has clearly mentioned about the terms and conditions to be followed while you are an employee at that company. If you find this helpful, please rate us.
