Sir for my upcoming optical store I ordered Glass for doors and mirrors for decoration purposes from a glass shop. They have given me a quotation of for the material of 40000 and told me to pay the 50 % amount before delivery of the product that's why I paid 50 % of the amount. Now they are telling me that the the total billing amount is 50000 and demanding me whole amount before delivering the item. They have not given me pakka receipt only hand written bill was given by them. They supposed to give pakka invoice after completion of full payment. Can you provide me any remady for the same . I can't wait for more than 2 days before my store opening date is fixed.

A.You should demand for a advance payment reciept and pay the balance only after the same is acomplished else send legal notice

A.Hai,
You can file an FIR in the nearest police station under Section 420 of IPC along with the proofs of the said transactions. If the police fails to file an FIR, you can approach the court under 156(3) Crpc for registering FIR. If you find this helpful, please rate us.

A.Hai,
The first step you have to take is immediately file a complaint u/s 420 IPC in police station. You are also required to provide proof of any transaction that you have ever had with the said glass shop. There is a possibility that the accused may get arrested immediately after FIR being filed by the police. If you find this helpful, please rate us.
