To get NOC from the Bank through the COURT

Dear Madam/Sir,
My name is AJOY SINGH, from Kolkata. I had taken a Motor Vehicle Loan from United Bank of India (Now PNB) of Rs. 12,12,000 in 2014 and this account became NPA in 2015 and then bank claimed CGTMSE charges of rs. 5,84,000 and adjusted the account .
I have paid rs. 6,28,000 in multiple payments . So my outstanding balance shows ZERO.
Now the bank is saying to pay 5,84,000 )which they got under CGTMSE Scheme) to get NOC from the Bank.
My financial condition is very critical and cannot pay out this amount to the bank. So can I get NOC through the Court.
A.NO, Court doesnot give NOC. Only the bank can give NOC if the dues are paid OR if can can settle with the bank its the best..as u have paid most of the amount.

A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is a legal document issued by a housing finance company or bank to a customer declaring that he/she has no outstanding dues towards the lender. Sometimes referred to as a “No Dues Certificate”, an NOC can be obtained from the lender once the loan has been paid off completely. So you need to pay the dues first.
