My husband has a rbl credit card.due to covid he lost job and then we opted for restructuring of credit card due.it was then told that you have to pay 2000 now and then emi of 1830 for 24 months to clear your dues with one time processing fee of 499.we agreed and paid 2000.then we got a message to pay 1830.we paid it on time.but from next month they are messaging us to pay more than 1830.this month to pay 4400.

A.n cases where the company has restructured the card payment accordingly then there must be some amortarised schedule which u must have signed if the BANK is NOT following the specified restructured decided policy, you can go for a proper legal remedy against them by taking legal action against them immediately. Kindly stop paying the EMI as they may increase the amount without any knowledge to u.

In cases where the company has restructured the card payment accordingly and not following the specified structed as per the decided policy, you can go for a proper legal remedy against them by taking legal actions.
