Sir, I am having OBC NCL cert from MYSORE,
Now, my son aged 21 yrs , i want to apply for him OBC NCL,
Since i was working central govnt job in Railway dept , i was tranferred
from Karantaka to navi mumbai, Maharatstra in yr 2008 ( and presently working in navi mumbai )
my question from where i have to apply for OBC NCL either from MYSORE or NAVI mumbai.

A.Hi,
You can file an application online for the certificate. Alternatively, you can visit the local tehsil office in Navi Mumbai and apply for the certificate while mentioning the transfer due to job. If you found this helpful do rate this answer.
