We have booked one flat, where construction not stated on Nov 2019. We paid 25% of actual cost of flat and amenities amount and made agreement on Nov 2019 and as per agreement construction will complete in 20 months. Till date construction not started and builder not responding to our calls. Can u please suggest us how to further.

A.Hi,
You can claim compensation in either civil or consumer Court. In addition to the amount paid, you can claim heavy damages for delay in delivery of possession.

A.Hi,
File a suit for breach of contract, you can claim heavy damages. You can also file a civil money recovery suit to reclaim your 25%.

A.If the project is registered under RERA than you can file case under RERA. Suggest you to send a legal notice demanding the amount through a lawyer.
