A.Hi,
You are not guilty of any offence as you were exercising your right to self-defence under Sections 96 and 97 CrPC. If the case goes to trial, you will be acquitted.
You can make an application to the High Court under Section 482 CrPC to quash the case.

A.Hi,
Make a petition to the High Court to quash the case under Section 482 CrPC.
You are not guilty as you were exercising your right to private defence under Sections 96 and 97 of the Indian Penal Code.

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach same Police and ask them to register counter FIR against him. If not agreed you may file private complaint and then approach High Court for quashing of FIR which is registered against you.
