I have beaten some one who came to beat me infront of my house.so that he injured and kept case against me

Make a petition to the High Court to quash the case under Section 482 CrPC.

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach same Police and ask them to register counter FIR against him. If not agreed you may file private complaint and then approach High Court for quashing of FIR which is registered against you.
