Sir , I had B Com Co operation degree( CO OPERATION IS OPTIONAL SUBJECT ). I studied Computer application as one of the main subject in BCom. BCom with Computer is equal to DCA as per Kerala Govt Order ( Govt order 2012) . Through PSC Can I apply where both the qualifications needed at a time ( ie , BCom Cooperation and DCA). Please answer .
