Harassment by family member Harassment by family member

Hello,
My mother and father have got harassed by my maternal uncle(brother of my mom) for several times. The type of harassment he does is abusing my family and also recently he hit my father. My father and mother is mentally suffering a lot due to his behavior. He works in police department as constable so I don't even have option to file FIR against him. Please do suggest the right way to protect my family from my police uncle. The victims of his worst behavior are not only my family but also his old mother and other members.
I am victims son (27 yrs old) who needs legal advice. Please help me. Thank you!

A.Although your maternal uncle is in Police there is no need to worry. You can file an NC/FIR with the help of a lawyer. Further if things wont work out you can also get his suspension order from services. This will be slightly expensive process. But surely you will get a relief.

If you realize my professional skills, the time & efforts put in by me needs to be truly appreciated, and then Please “CLICK MY LIKES/ THUMBS UP/GIFT” button shown below this reply format & also CLICK/ WRITE a “REVIEW” in 5 star as I have answered your query in detail. A.Hi,
File a complaint against him for force, assault, criminal intimidation and outraging a woman's modesty under Sections 350, 351, 352, 354, 506, 406 and 509 IPC.
Attach a copy of this complaint to his superiors including the Inspector of that station and the area's ACP. They are sure to take action against him as his actions would cast aspersions on the police department.

A.Hi,
You will have to file a complaint and attach copies to all his seniors. A constable is unlikely to have much influence higher up in the police Department.
His actions are unbecoming of a policeman and he should be removed from the force.
You can file a complaint against him for criminal intimidation, outraging a woman's modesty, force and assault under Sections 350, 351, 352, 354, 503, 506 and 509 IPC.

A.Donot afraid by your uncle being him in police. Lodge your complaint with police and sent copies to his higher officials like SP, DSP, ACP, Commissioner of police, home ministry and PM office. You can file complaint on police portal. If police does not take action then you can file complaint case under section 156(3) cr.p.c. Donot get afraid and have courage.

A.Dear Sir,
You should not afraid since because he is working in Police Department. You may take your parents to higher Police officers in the rank of IPS and try to lodge a complaint otherwise lodge private complaint before Magistrate directly.
