A.Hi,
Any such complaint regarding a corrupt presiding officer should be sent to Chief Secretary of the concerned State Government or Ministry of Home Affairs. Grievances related to judiciary are forwarded to the Secretary General Supreme Court of India/Registrar General of the concerned High Court for further action, as appropriate.
Before initiating any such complaint or requesting to change the judge in your case, you should consult with your lawyer.

A.Hi,
You or your lawyer can request a different judge. This is started by filing a petition with the court, requesting a different judge. There needs to be substantial reasoning why a judge should be removed and recused.
