Possesion of property and Compensation

As per my agreement the possession date is Nov 2020 but due to covid it was delayed. But as per mail from the builder customer care sent on 28th Jan, the possession will be tentatively on March 2021. Now there team is saying it was due to human error and possession date is not yet decided. I have already paid 97.5%. What options I have in this regards?

A.Hi,
You can claim significant damages from the builder for delay in delivering possession. The rate of this penalty should be provided in your purchase agreement.

A.Hi,
File a suit for breach of contract for delay in delivering possession. You will be able to claim heavy penalties.
