Company file case against me

Hi I joint company 1 month ago and I am on provisional period company not pay my 1 month salary and when I asked for salary the give me multiple resone so I left the company without registration . Now company file case against me what should I do.

No person can be hired as an employee without being given a salary.
During the probation period, an employee is liable to get the salary according to the norms. However, it may be less as compared to the salary of a permanent employee and may not include any perks & other benefits.
Therefore, you are entitled to receive a salary. You can file a counter suit against the company.

You must check the terms and conditions of your contract with the company. During the probation period, an employee is liable to get the salary according to the norms. However, it may be less as compared to the salary of a permanent employee and may not include any perks & other benefits.
