Hello,
Im Parth from India.Im enrolled in a University of Londons online degree programme.The quality of the degree is very low just unacceptable.On top of that the online environment they are provided is very problematic.They just released the results of one of the course Im enrolled in.They have completely messed up my submission is showing as someone elses.And Im failed. Its showing me as the turtor instead of a student.Ive informed them the problems long ago but no answer from their side.I want my money back and no longer want to study.What can I do? Any advice is highly appreciated.Thanks.

A.Hi,
Serve them with legal notice and claim a refund. You can also file a complaint against them for cheating, fraud and misrepresentation.

A.Hi,
Serve them with legal notice of the same and state you will be seeking damages. You can also file a complaint against the University for misrepresentation.
