A.Hi,
Section 80 CPC provides that 60 days notice must be served before institution of suits against the Government. As this requirement has been met, notice is deemed to be served and you can move forward with the case.

A.Hi,
Notice of the same is deemed to have been served. Section 80 of the Civil Procedure Code states that two month's notice has to be served before institution of suits by the Government. As the notice period has expired, you can move forward with the case.
