Hi Sir/Madam, I am Home maker. 3 years Back I purchase TV by using capital first finance. due to business lost i could not make payments via check. But Capital First Collection Agent Came Home And Collect Every month. Amount of RS.3674 for 10 Months. I paid All the months with in tenure Period. Bank Says Two Dues are missing. and also they said Capital First Changed as IDFC. No Old Employees are working here and You can give complaint to police against that agent who not submitting your amount. What should i do. i don't have any receipts of my payments. Only having money transfer bill to transferred Collection agency manger to his personal acct. Pls Help me.
A.As the company says No Old Employees are working here- SO EVEN THAT IS NOT UR PROBLEM. It is the duty of the bank to see the previous OLD dues records & forward it to the next upcoming BANK. U can file the case in consumer forum /court through a lawyer with proper financial knowledge.
