Salary issue

Dear sir,
I am working in one of the MNC company but pay roll company is different. Last year Aug month contract changed. Now new payroll company didn't give any offer letter and mail confirmation up to now. They provided 3 months salary slip after so many follow-ups. Now Feb 2021 i got an offer, so i moved immediately with out serving one month notice period. I work their Feb full month. they are not paying Feb month salary. I ask payroll company regarding this client not agree to pay salary. so, what I need to do legally? Please guide me.

A.Dear client
You serve upon then legal notice and ask for detail reason for not paying your dues. They cannot adjust your dues or simply sit on it without giving you written intimation /demand/communication etc.
After that you can proceed with legal recourse with compensation.

A.Hi,
Your employment contract will have a clause stating that your salary would be forfeit in lieu of your notice period. As such, you will have no recourse.
