My father want to gift a old house to me(daughter) as a gift.But he demolish old building and construct a new building and on some space of my brother. My father had sons and daughters. They give that building as gift for service to my parents. They didn't register only wrote on a 100rs stamp paper we will give as gift and whenever u required we will register on your name. Now my father was died but not registered . My brothers also not registering and they said not required please help me out of issue. We are at the house of my father and house tax was paying on my name only.

A.Hi,
You will have to approach the Sub-Registrar's office for a mutation certificate, and also get the property registered there.

A.Hi,
Approach the Sub-Registrar's office and apply for a mutation certificate. You must also get the property registered there.
