I got mail for data work work. They gave 1000 forms and it’s RS. 18 per form. and those should be submitted in 10 days. If failed or if didn’t type 90 percent accuracy asking me to pay 3500.Now they have filed a legal notice on me. Company name is Taskcharge BPO service which is not displayed in google. Should I have to just leave without paying or i should pay ? They have made an contract agreement .

This is an attempt to extort money from you. Do not pay them anything, and ignore any attempts they make to contact you.
Section 389 IPC makes it an offence to extort people using fear of false cases.

A.Hi,
Do not pay them anything, and ignore any attempts them make to contact you. This is a method used by conmen to scam unsuspecting victims. Be wary of such job offers in the future.

A.It seems that you are a victim of online cyber fraud.
1) Which was the website and does the company have their own website ?
2) Who recommended you for this online work?
3) Where do you stay?
4) Do you have any contact details of which person you spoke to you for the contract work ?
5) Did you sign any type of Contract or Agreement with the company?
6) Most of these types of companies are fraud? They will just keep demanding money & reject your work.
7) As now they have sent you the legal notice or may send through email there is a high chance that they may file a case against you. It will be always better if you send a legal notice by a Lawyer to the company for their false claim and mental harassment for you.
8) Also make sure that you are recording all the phone Calls which they have been calling you for money?
9) If possible we can help you to file a complaint to cyber crime office in your area if they are sending you continuous messages & emails for the payments.

A.I believe it's just Rs 3,500/- which I think you should pay them as you have signed agreement but I don't think for Rs 3500/- any organization will file a case in Court against you wasting their precious time and money. However in the future be careful while signing any agreement or fulfil the obligation if you sign. Hope you find this advice helpful. Please provide review and provide*****. Thank you.
