After my father's death, can my uncles sale the above mentioned property without my consent.

A.Hi,
Ancestral property cannot be sold without the consent of all legal heirs. As such, you can approach the Court to stay or grant an injunction against any attempts your uncles make to sell it. If they have already done so, file a complaint against them for cheating and fraud, you can then have the sale set aside.
