Good morning lawyer I want to start global job portal. Who want to apply they have to pay amount. If it is indian job they have to pay 100 rupees. If it is international job means some other countries jobs and some countries people applying. Not only indians. I might earn more amount from job portal. Can i register as a company. If suppose if i earn crores. What income tax issue i might face. What is the legal procedure
