Dear sir,
I have joined a company name vision infotech for data entry and they have said to fill 800 forms in 8 days after filling 274 forms they deactivated my account as they stated the issue as multiple IP address and chared me 11599 for activation of ID and they also said that they will go legally if I don't pay so out of fear I have paid.
Now they have restarted my account and my last day to complete is 20th March and they said if I don't complete again they will charge panelty.

A.It seems that you are a victim of online cyber fraud.
1) Which was the website and does the company have their own website ?
2) Who recommended you for this online work?
3) Where do you stay?
4) Do you have any contact details of which person you spoke to you for the contract work ?
5) Did you sign any type of Contract or Agreement with the company?
6) Most of these types of companies are fraud.They will just keep demanding money & reject your work.
7) As now they have sent you the legal notice or may send through email there is a high chance that they may file a case against you. It will be always better if you send a legal notice by a Lawyer to the company for their false claim and mental harassment for you.
8) Also make sure that you are recording all the phone Calls which they have been calling you for money?
9) If possible we can help you to file a complaint to cyber crime office in your area if they are sending you continuous messages & emails for the payments.

According to the Infdian law, IT companies (5 days a week) the working hours per day calculates to 9 hours a day with 3 hours extra. If you are working 9 hours a day for 5 day then you are working for 45 hours a week. However, as per law you MUST not be forced to work more than 10.5 hours per day. You can approach the NCLT against this to claim your rights as an employee.

You can reach out to the HR department of the company stating your issue.
In IT companies (5 days a week) the working hours per day calculates to 9 hours a day with 3 hours extra. If you are working 9 hours a day for 5 day then you are working for 45 hours a week. However, as per law you MUST not be forced to work more than 10.5 hours per day.
Therefore if the problem persists, you can file a civil suit.
