What actions can I take? What actions can I take?

A bank collection agent misbehaved with my mother when I was not home. It's a personal bank loan on my mother's name which has been unpaid due to lockdown and lack of jobs since then. We promised them to pay it all off since we are selling our house. He snatched 60 rs off my mother's hand today and asked to arrange 40 rs more to at least pay 100 rs so that our bank record will be kept good. His language was also offensive, rude and loud.
