Share Certificate

can we charge a existing member for incorporation of name in share certificate as there is change in surname as we usually take from new members (ie.Rs.500/-) or
can we make changes in the share certificate (front side) as he is the 1st owner...
has submitted all legal documents related to it

A.Dont get dishonest. You cant charge from members for change in name or etc. However you can refer your bylaws if something is mentioned therein with regarf to this

A.no you cannot as he is already an existing member. Refer your bylaws regarding the same.
