Regarding initial non-disclosure of facts during interview Regarding initial non-disclosure of facts during interview

I have joined a prestigious central govt. organisation X as a group A gazetted officer recently two months before. Previously I had worked for hardly a month in a PSU Y as an assistant Engineer. During the interview in the Central govt organisation X, I was employed in Y (but it had been only 10 days). My Mistake: I did not disclose about the employment in Y while being interviewed at X. But later when the interview result came, I immediately informed about my employment in Y by an official mail to X to which they rightly replied and asked for a relieving letter. Also I have disclosed all facts rightly about my previous employment while joining in X. Now as I have the relieving letter plus No Dues certificate from Y and that too I have submitted in X which they have accepted as well. Will the issue of non-disclosure at interview be a problem any more in future? Is it still a matter of suppression of facts? Is my employment liable to be cancelled because of that at any time in future?

Please note that I have a written disclosure regarding my employment at Y which I had mailed prior to joining at X just after interview results came where I have justified why I could not disclose the same during the interview. Is there anything to worry about now?

A.Hi,
It is advised to you to carefully read the terms of your employment contract with both the companies. Check if there has been any violation of contract,
Since you have submitted the no dues certificate it becomes implied that you worked there. There is no problem.

A.Hi,
If it doesn't violate anything state in your employment contract, there is nothing to worry about. However, you must give a notice period before you leave the company.
