Regarding Money Return

Sir/Mam, my friend is taken money from me ( I transferred him through phonepe ) and now when I ask him to return my money he blocked my number and I tried to contact him with many number but he blocked all the numbers and change his address also and i don't know his new address and he is not returning back what I can do sir/mam?

A.how much amount ?
if more then you can approach police for 420 and 415.
if you came to know new address or permanent address then you can file civil recovery suit.

A.Hi,
File a complaint of cheating and fraud against him under Sections 415 and 420 IPC.
You can recover your money by filing a civil money recovery suit against him.
