Hi
In my company 3 month of notice period, one month buyout option .
I am ready to serve 2 month and one month buyout option.
But my manager is deny .He force me to serve 3 month notice period.
A.Refer your appointment letter and go accordingly with your HR department.

A.Hi,
You need to follow whatever has been mentioned in your contract with the company. If there are no such clauses which can give you the buyout option for 1 month, then you need to comply with it, otherwise you can send a legal notice to the company for not complying with the contract.

If these things have been mentioned in your employment contract with the company, then you need to follow them and if the manager still denies to accept it, a legal notice can be sent to the company for not complying with the terms of the contract. But if nothing has been mentioned in the contract, the manager is free to alter the terms if it is beneficial for the company. Thank You.
